What you will need:
1 pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
2 tbs of Olive Oil
Fresh Broccoli
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
Parmesan Cheese
Oregano
1 bag Cheddar Cheese
1 bag Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, with pizza tray/stone inside the oven for about 15 mins. Stretch out the pizza dough to desired thickness. Spread olive oil on top of dough and place onto hot pizza stone. Bake in the oven for about 7 mins (you do not want to get the dough browned yet).
In the meantime, steam fresh broccoli for 1-2 min then place into saute pan with the garlic. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese & Oregano. Saute for about 5 mins. When pizza timer goes off, take it out and place a layer of cheddar cheese - then the broccoli/garlic mixture - then a top layer of mozzarella cheese. Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until desired crispiness.
