Bought some pizza dough from local pizzeria. You can either make homemade sauce or buy a jar sauce.
Peel eggplant and slice thin -- fry in oil in fry pan until browned.
I made homemade meatballs - will be posting recipe for those in the upcoming weeks. Slice meatballs up into small pieces and place on pie.
Bake on 400 degrees, for 23 minutes - or until desired crispiness. We love crispy!
